How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat $4.95 across the U.S. — and it’s free on every order over $75.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account and open Orders, or use the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to adjust it before it ships.
Returns & quality
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in its original condition for a full refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
That should never happen — but if it does, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you right away.
Are the materials as described?
Yes. Every product page lists the exact materials, and our team quality-checks each piece before it ships.
