Delivery times
Orders are packed and handed to our carrier within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You can follow progress from your account or via the link in your shipping confirmation.
Returns
30-day easy returns
If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@usawishlist.com with your order number.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Drop the package at any carrier location — refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you immediately.
